When making a service call please gather the following information before calling;

     1.  Contract Number (if applicable)
     2.  Company Name (if applicable)
     3.  Device Type (i.e. Server, Computer, Printer, Projector, etc.)
     4.  Problem Description
     5.  Mission Critical Status (i.e. Critical, High, Medium, Low)

We have three ways to receive service on your business or personal systems.

     1.  Call our office at 803-324-5725 and speak to one of our representatives.
     2.  Send us an e-mail with the above information and your contact information.
     3  Bring your system to our office at 114 S. Oakland Ave., Rock Hill, SC. (Free Estimates when you bring your device to our office)
